Foam Fabrication
Foam fabrication allows for huge pieces to be created while keeping the weight of the final product to a minimum. Utilizing our unique design approach to foam fabrication, our Mascot Costumes, Specialty Costumes, Puppets, Huge Props, and other such creations pop to life faster and easier than ever before! We even employ 3D design software to show you the end result before fabrication ever begins. We employ in excess of 20 different types of foams including both open and closed cell foams in an assortment of weights and thicknesses including (but not limited to): XPE, EVA, Urethane, Polyurethane, Silicone foams, and Styrofoam. Depending on the project, we may use sheet foams, foam sculpting blocks, expanding foams, or a combination of types. Our creations are durable and customizable beyond your wildest imagination! Need an enormous banana? Give us a call! Have a rough idea for the gigantic monster you want in your film but need help developing the creation? We'll work closely with you to make sure your idea is brought to life without also killing your budget!
