The creation of the “Dinosaur with a Chainsaw” costume for Dark Night Halloween World Screampark exemplifies our knack for merging nostalgia with contemporary creativity. Embracing the ’90s vibe that the attraction sought to capture, we embarked on a unique process. Utilizing advanced technology, we 3D scanned an original 1996 Mattel Extreme Dinosaurs T-Bone to model the head, ensuring an authentic and era-specific appearance. With precision foam fabrication, we brought the giant head and an oversized foam chainsaw attachment to life, seamlessly blending it with a Barney the dinosaur costume that we meticulously grunged to achieve the desired effect. The result was a whimsically menacing and nostalgic costume that perfectly aligned with the theme and atmosphere of the Halloween event.
